The merebase plugin is free. There is nothing to refund. For The Yard membership, you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and cannot be limited by this policy.
The merebase WordPress plugin is free and always will be. There is no purchase, no payment, and nothing to refund. It is licensed under GPL v2 and available without charge from the WordPress plugin directory.
The Yard membership is billed at A$35/month (inc. GST) via Stripe.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the member library and all membership benefits until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
To cancel: log into your account and cancel from the membership settings. No email required. No questions asked.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. The Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees for services. If The Yard fails to meet those guarantees — for example, because the service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described — you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, regardless of this policy. This policy does not limit, exclude, or modify any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
